Q:    Are originals available for sale?
    Originals can only be purchased in person in our art gallery on Vancouver Island, Canada.  You can choose to purchase  giclées that offer quality, longevity and an affordable alternative to the originals.  They are available online and in the art gallery.

Q:    What are the benefits of a giclée?
    Fine art giclées offer high resolution quality reproduction with archival durable ink and fine art paper. In addition to being affordable, they have excellent capture of colour and texture of the originals.  Giclées are tested to last over 92 years when meeting the conservation guidelines of minimal exposure to direct sunlight, heat and high humidity. Q:    What are the fine art conservation or care guidelines for both originals and giclées? 
    Originals and giclées last for many years without degradation or fading provided they meet the conservation guidelines of minimal exposure to direct sunlight, heat and high humidity.

Q:    Is there a shipping discount if I order more than one item?
    Shipping discount is available at time of checkout. It is automatically calculated based on maximum dimensions and total weight of all items your order. It also depends on which shipping option you choose: time-sensitive delivery, time and cost sensitive delivery, or regular delivery.

Q:    How fast can I receive my order?
    You can choose to ship as fast as possible.  Otherwise you can save cost with conservative shipping time or buy a low-cost alternative where shipping time is indefinite.

Q:    Do giclées come in mats and/or frames?
   Matted and framed giclées are available at our gallery on Vancouver Island, Canada.  They are not available when ordering online.

Q:    How soon will I receive my order?
    Orders will be shipped within 2 business days or more if order size is large.  Delivery time depends on your selection of shipping options.

Q:    Do you ship internationally?
    We ship internationally. At checkout time, you can enter your destination country and get the shipping cost.

Q:    If I am not totally satisfied with the item, can I return it?
    We will gladly refund the price of the item if returned within 7 days of receiving and in the original condition. Just simply put it back in the original shipping package and return to sender. The shipping cost however, cannot be refunded.
